The Science Behind RISE

Rooted in tradition. Refined with intent.

RISE is a concentrated blend of roots, organic acids, and fruit extracts designed to support the body at the start of the day. Each ingredient is selected not in isolation, but for how it works alongside the others. The result is a formulation built on balance and synergy, where function and ritual meet.

Root Synergy: Turmeric, Ginger, and Black Pepper

Turmeric forms the foundation, with ginger adding warmth and depth. Black pepper contributes piperine, a compound shown to support the absorption of curcumin, turmeric’s key active component¹. Together, this combination reflects a traditional approach to pairing ingredients for greater effect, both functionally and sensorially².

Acid Base: Apple Cider Vinegar and Citrus

Apple cider vinegar is paired with citrus to create a clean, bright acidity. This layer sharpens the formulation, helping stabilize plant compounds while delivering the crisp, awakening profile that defines RISE.

Prebiotic Support: Inulin

Each serve contains inulin, a naturally occurring prebiotic fibre. It passes through the digestive system to nourish beneficial gut bacteria, supporting a balanced microbiome³⁴. As a source of fibre, it contributes to regular laxation and digestive health.

Antioxidant & Immune Support: Vitamin C and Pineapple

Citrus and pineapple provide vitamin C, an essential nutrient that contributes to normal immune system function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress⁵. This layer also brings a subtle natural sweetness that rounds out the formulation.

Aromatic Balance: Cardamom

A light touch of cardamom adds warmth and depth, drawing on traditional spice use where flavor and function were closely linked. It completes the sensory profile, grounding the blend.

The Approach

RISE is built on balance: roots traditionally used to support the body, acids that sharpen and preserve, and fibre that nourishes. RISE is designed to support the body’s natural vitality as you meet the day's demands. A grounded start to the day, built for consistency.

This is a foundation for your morning.
